Working on data loads and processes that work across multiple tables it became apparent I had to use the 'SetHideValidationDialog' or an equivalent across many separate places. It would be nice to have a global facility available when developing that could be set once for the duration of the process.

Consider automatic reset to false if an error is raised so that it is never left on.

Perhaps have a nice easy way to combine GUIALLOWED and the Global HideDialog into IsPromptAllowed?

Then change base code to use the new facility in addition to the tables own in-built 'SetHideValidationDialog'

This could be used in the Config Package facility!
