Currently, Vendor Certification alert notifications (System Administration module >> Setup >> Alert Rule) do not identify which vendor’s certification is expiring. The alert email and Action Center notification only provide a generic form‑level link without record context, making it difficult for users to take timely and accurate action.


At a minimum, the alert should clearly indicate which vendor’s certification is expiring, for example:

  • Vendor account
  • Vendor name
  • Certification name
  • Expiry date

Ideally, the alert link should also support navigation to the specific Vendor Certification record, or at least pre‑filter the vendor context.
