The report should display important user record values, like user name, full name, state, etc. Then for each user, it should present user group and user permission set information.
The report (or a separate report) should also have a "permissions dictionary," which should show/define which permissions sets are granted to user groups and what all permissions are provided by each permission set.
It would also be handy to have an Export to Excel or export to text file option, as most auditors would likely prefer it as a data file rather than a PDF file.

I am regularly asked to provide a report for Auditors that detail Permission Sets by Users.I find the Permission Set by User matrix helpful, however exporting the data as a report quite painful.As you can only export the users that are displayed in the first page, then one needs to use the Column Right to pan across to get the next set of Users to export, and merge the data into one workbook.Would be helpful if there was an action/button that allowed for exporting all columns. Or alternatively a Report that could be designed and exported to Excel, CSV, PDF for this purpose.
