Issue encountered : Local roles are overlapping the global role’s access to Purchase requisition lines.

In our case:

One user is a global purchasing approver, having one global security role called P2P_Approver.

With this role the user can see all PR lines, regardless of the entity or anything.

If we assign a local role P2P_Orderer (a role restricted to some entities) on top of this global P2P_Approver role, the user will see only those PR lines which are for the local role’s entity but not for the other entities.

This is an issue as the approver needs to validate the PR and needs to access to the PR line details.

The idea is to make sure that the local rights do not overlap the global Purchasing requisition rights.
