Currently, only PDF attachments can be previewed directly in the web client. Expanding support to include additional file types, such as Excel and Word documents, would be beneficial. Ideally, users logged into the same Office 365 account could preview these files directly without downloading.

Additionally, enabling previews to open in a new page would enhance the user experience, allowing side-by-side document comparison for more efficient document checking.
