We currently have omnichannel implemented and we have activated the behavior of the pre-survey before the conversation, however, due to the desire of functional users, it is necessary to change some of the texts that Omnichannel provides OOB and is not possible on this widget chat version. We would like to extend it to buttons, internal messages on the widgets and some others

Customizations to the chat widget can be done using the new updated Live Chat Widget.
