It's ridiculous for Business Central premium customer ($100/user/mo) that requires Sales/CS Enterprise features not able to purchase Sales/Customer Service attach license. We can only purchase the professional attach. I believe the following:
Business Central Essential (Base license) able to purchase Sales / Customer Service Professional
Business Central Premium (Base license) able to purchase Sa,es / Customer Service Enterprise.
Now some clients are stuck as they are on the business central premium plan and has to purchase another sales/customer service enterprise base license making their overall licensing cost too high. Now, they are actively looking for other vendors. Microsoft please do something! At least allow BC premium base license to purchase the Sales/CS enterprise attach license. Do not alienate BC customers!
