Omnichannel is very common in 2020 and some clients are looking elsewhere for solutions as they have to upgrade to enterprise in order to purchase the add-on making it ridiculous high costs just to access a core feature in 2020. Zendesk is able to puchase social messaging for $49/mo and FreshChat $29/mo. Please make it Omnichannel more accessible!
