Currently, in environments without Microsoft Entra ID Governance or Microsoft Entra ID P2 licenses, the PIM feature is unavailable, and Power Platform administrators cannot self-elevate to system administrators.

We believe that adding a feature allowing Power Platform administrators to self-elevate to system administrators in all environments will enhance user convenience.
