Hi,
The appointments, tasks, activity data of CRM client are synchronized with only one device (Mobile device, tablet or Outlook).
If we configure Outlook first, we can not sync the data with mobile device or tablet. There is no such a feature and as I learned from technical support, it is not in roadmap yet.
Sales person or manager in my country, mostly work out of office, if he/she configured CRM for Outlook and synchronized with CRM Online, they don't have chance to sync with other devices and so, they are not using CRM online effectively. He/she losts some activities assigned by his/her manager.

For my point of view, synchronization of CRM client data with all devices they have should be one of the feature on CRM Online. If we have a chance to reach CRM Online from many device, we should be able to have/sync updated data from each device, too.
