Dynamics 365 Finance currently does not support generating certain SPED ECD records without Cost Center information once the ECD has been transmitted including Cost Center details.

After the customer submits an ECD file without Cost Center, subsequent periods must follow the same submission pattern for consistency.

At this time, the system does not provide an option to summarize balances by main account while suppressing the Cost Center dimension.
