We created a Trial tenant to test out the Enhanced email functionalities. We set up the users and the functionality of the tenant. When attempting to set up the enhanced functionality with SMTP, the system notes, "Cannot authenticate the credentials on server smtp.office365.com.". I reached the BC team they noted the request is being sent to the exchange. The Exchange team notes the users are unblocked. Is there a limitation in the licenses that break the enhanced email functionality? Can that be changed as there is no way to test out the solution rather than break the customers' setup and hope it works?
