When creating Forms currently in Customer Insights, if we want to create branching (similar to how Microsoft Forms works) we have to extend the code manually via JavaScript. Having a low/no code option for our Marketing team to be able to do this would help make getting these forms out more efficient.

A use case we did recently was:

1. Country (option set)
2. USA (option one - if selected, populates the below)
3. List of all 50 states
4. Canada (option one - if selected, populates the below)
5. List of all providences
6. Mexico (option one - if selected, populates the below)
7. States
8. Other (option one - if selected, populates the below)
9. Single Line of Text
