Add field "Ship-To Code" to salesOrder API
Ship-To code is populated in the "Sales Order Entity Buffer" table but is not returned by the salesOrders resource in API 2.0. I propose it be added to the salesOrder resource of API 2.0. I'm currently implementing this with my own custom API rewrite of salesOrders.
