Ability to enter any email address in the CC section of an email when sending emails in D365
Open the CC section to allow any email address be entered when sending emails. Email addresses should not be required to be in the system.
Capture non-lead/contact fields in Dynamics marketing forms
In order to capture transaction-specific data (ex. date preference, lunch preference, etc.) the marketing team needs the ability to capture fields that are not directly on the contact/lead. This is not a current capability of Dynamics without using custom HTML.
